Walton Midweek Christmas Open

The tournament was on Wednesday 16th December. Another great field turned out with over 160 starters. The weather was great and the course was in superb condition. There were Six divisions in all, four Mens and one Ladies and a Non-golfers section. The Gross winners were Mens Malcon Jacobs 73, Ladies Judy Turner 81. Best Nett Mens I Wilson 66, G Higgs 66, K Rogers 61, J Kelsen 63 and the Nett Ladies H Sharp 62. Best stableford Mens L Smith 41, B Russ 41, B Matchett 43, C Mowatt 44 and Ladies L Dixon 42. Non Golfer winners were W Luxton, B Luxton, K Woolller. There were 24 twos, two players with two twos, D Martinex-Sweeney and N Van Hellemond.
